Apparent Ether

Scales in a One-Body System:

1 meter 1.25 meters

The two images look the same, but the scales are different. If one were to consider only the images, one could assign specific scales to each point. According to the "snow globe theory" there S3, all local scales are the same. The Hafele-Keating experiment proved the nonlocal change in time scale. To prove or disprove S3, the core of the snow globe theory, in our solar system, one would have to test the equality of the speed of light on site (local) at different altitudes. Spaceflight is in demand.
This is due to the antimetry of gravity, unlike the symmetry of special relativity. The system therefore only appears to behave like an ether.
